As the label suggests, this white wine is an ecological product and fulfils all organic, ecological and vegan criteria. A white wine with a beautiful yellow colour with some green tones and which is 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
The must of this grape was fermented at 13ºC for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then left to age on the lees. The result is a fine, full-bodied wine with tropical fruit tones reminiscent of banana and pineapple.
