Queen of Kings Rosé (Brut) – Ecologico

A beautiful ecological and sparkling rosé wine, traditionally made from 100% Monastrell grapes grown at 650 metres altitude in the ‘Finca La Serrata’ in Villena, Alicante, Spain.
In order to avoid high temperatures and thus faster oxidation, the bunches are harvested at night.

Serving suggestion: relatively cold, around 8ºC
