Olive oil from the Arbequina, Picual and Grosal olives
This beautiful olive oil was harvested early and cold-pressed using mechanical procedures. The most ‘noble fruits’ of the Arbequina, Picual and Grosal varieties have been combined, resulting in an oil that is fine for frying and also for application to salads and the like.
Golden yellow in colour.
In the nose it reminds of dried fruit and ripe fruit.
It is soft and sweet in the mouth, with a slight tingle at the end.
