Evento is made from 80% Monastrell and 20% Garnacha grapes. Both are indigenous varieties.
The combination of this Monastrell (80%) with the Garnacha (20%) grape gives a fine wine, elegant, round, balanced, well-structured, supple, dry and pleasant in the mouth with final notes of lavender.
Bodega Las Pinos stands for ecological and organic farming. This Evento is an intense, bright wine with a deep, elegant nose that has matured for a year in conical concrete tanks with natural fermentation without added yeasts at a temperature of 22 degrees Celsius. Maceration for 23 days and maturation for 12 months in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature.
