The wine is a combination of the indigenous Monastrell grape and the international Cabernet Sauvignon, both grown in Valencia.
Bodega Los Pinos has chosen ecological farming as its philosophy and therefore uses only natural fertilisers such as horse compost and biological weed killers that do not harm the soil or the environment.
