An organic white wine (2020) from the Verdil grape from the winery Bodega Los Pinos, aged for 4 months in French oak.

This wine has been made from the Verdil grape for 14 years. This is an autochthonous grape from the area of Fontanars del Alforins, Valencia, which has almost disappeared. Local winegrowers are making efforts to restore these vines to ensure that these beautiful varieties do not disappear.
