Señor MALTA, With his all-grain Brew Box, you can brew 4 litres of your own beer at home in just a few hours. When you have finished brewing, the brew still has to ferment and lag for a few weeks before you can enjoy your home-brewed beer. Saison is a beer that was originally brewed by farmers in Flanders. With many fruity and spicy characteristics and a low bitterness, it is a beer that is quite easy to drink. Normally it is a beer with few hops and gets the fruitiness from the yeast, but after many tests we decided to add even more fruit tones by using American hops. This complements the naturally present flavours in this beer and makes it, at 6.2%, a dangerously drinkable beer!
