The colour is striking and intense green.
The fragrance gives an aroma of green olives, green apples and fresh grass and nuts.
The taste is balanced and sweet, slightly bitter and spicy. The flavours of sweet almonds, walnuts, tomato leaf, artichoke and ripe banana stand out. Fruity olive oil, harmoniously complex.
