A very special wine 100% from Macabeo grape and fermented for 2 months and matured for 10 months in wooden barrels of Acacia. This type of wood does not give off the vanilla you would expect. The wine has body and aroma and is very light to drink. A very special taste where the fruit clearly comes forward, gives a sweet aniseed-like impression and also very slightly woody.

This wine is a personal challenge from Rosana Madrid, the creation of a unique and different wine in the Protected Natural Park of the Carche Valley. Macabeo 100% fermented in Acacia barrels and aged for 10 months on the lees.
