David Spirits CODE /001, distilled naturally at Brouwhoeve, is a London Dry Gin, traditionally distilled from twelve ingredients, herbs and botanicals. A nice balance between citrus tones and yet some adventurous spicy accents.

The most important ingredients are: Juniper, Coriander, Lime Leaf, Cardamom, Clove, Lemon peel, Orange peel, Ginger, Liquorice, Cinnamon, Almonds. The fruit peels and botanicals are macerated in the alcohol. Then distillation takes place in a copper lambic of the highest quality from a mixture of the ingredients.

This gin is “powerful and fresh, with clear juniper notes and a subtle presence of orange and lemon”.
